Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
- 7 Tbsp Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
- 6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp Cacao Nibs Optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except cacao nibs) to a food processor bowl (use a small bowl if you have one). Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides of the bowl to fully incorporate all ingredients.
- Stir in optional cacao nibs and enjoy. Serve with fresh fruit like whole strawberries or sliced apples. Use it as a topping for your oatmeal or as a spread for rice cakes.
