Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
  • 7 Tbsp Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
  • 6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Cacao Nibs Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except cacao nibs) to a food processor bowl (use a small bowl if you have one). Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides of the bowl to fully incorporate all ingredients.
  • Stir in optional cacao nibs and enjoy. Serve with fresh fruit like whole strawberries or sliced apples. Use it as a topping for your oatmeal or as a spread for rice cakes.
