Client Table Talk Support Group

Table Talk is a casual forum specifically for Sedona True Nutrition clients. We discuss what is top of mind for you as it relates to food and nutrition. This session is facilitated by Chris who will provide a mini “starter course” of nutrition education to get the discussion rolling. She will address questions and comments that group members bring to the table.

The “secret sauce” happens when group members engage with one another through the sharing of life experiences and success strategies. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support one another on the food and health journey. There is always room for you at the Table Talk table!

4th Tuesday of the month, 10:00 – 11:30 AM.  Class Limit:  8 participants

The Digestive System:
A Tour from North to South

The global digestive health products market is projected to reach 100 billion in the next 10 years. Digestive disorders and diseases annually impact tens of millions in the United States. The digestive system powerfully influences all body systems which can then impact our cardiovascular health, brain function, and the ability to process stress effectively. Therefore, we should recognize the signs and symptoms of digestive dysfunction and address them.

This class series is an in-depth exploration to understand and optimize the digestive system so that you can embrace health from the inside out.

To build nourishing meals we need to understand the food fundamentals that promote health. In this class series, we will deconstruct the balanced plate and dive into the debated world of carbohydrates, fats, and protein. You will learn how to translate this information to create meals at home or when dining out. Yep, meal planning and preparation needs to be practical and sustainable so you can follow a healthy (and flavor-filled) eating pattern for a lifetime.
